Know where you stand before you act

Many good cases are lost to a missed deadline, and many deals go wrong over a document nobody asked for. These tools apply the statutory rules and the usual checks for you. They give general information, not legal advice.

Want an advocate to run this review, read the documents and report the risks before you sign?

The calculators apply the standard time limits, rates and monetary limits in the statutes, counting periods the way courts do (the day of the event is left out). Your own facts can change the answer: how and when a notice was delivered or refused, court holidays, a settlement, an earlier dispute, or the terms of your agreement or employment. The stamp duty calculator uses the published Telangana rates for a sale deed; the sub-registrar confirms the market value and the final amount. The RERA interest rate follows SBI's lending rate, which changes. The due diligence checklist lists documents and checks that commonly matter; every deal is different and may need more. These tools are general information, not legal advice, and using them does not create an advocate-client relationship. Before relying on a figure, a date or a checklist, please have an advocate review your matter.
